BCIMS was set up in the year 2001 by Shri Banarsidas Chandiwala Sewa Smarak Trust Society with a commitment to providing world-class healthcare services and facilities at an affordable cost to the people of Delhi and adjoining areas. Entire Institute functions in a centrally air conditioned building.

The Institute initially started, as an Eye Institute in 1995, today stands diversified with a highly advanced multi-specialty diagnostic and research centre to provide the most modern comprehensive health care services.
