as a modest eye care centre, today it is a modern and fully
air-conditioned centre equipped with latest technology. This
Eye Centre has well equipped operation theatres. It provides
total eye care services under one roof at reasonable and affordable
rates and offers charitable services for the economically weaker
sections of the society. Qualified doctors and paramedical staff

The operation theatre is equipped with all modern gadgets
to cater all types of intra-ocular and extra-ocular surgery.
The centre has Zeiss - Operating microscopes with latest phacoemulsification
units (SOVERIGN – AMO inc and PROTEGE – BAUSCH
& LOMB inc). Phacoemulsification (stitch less) cataract
surgery is done with both foldable mono-focal and multi-focal
intra-ocular lenses.
The centre is equipped with digital fundus camera and Argon
green laser to take care of Fluorescein Angiography and retinal
lasers required in cases of diabetes, vascular blocks and
age related macular degeneration. Specialised services are
available to take care of retinal cases, which require surgical
interventions in cases like retinal detachments and vitreous
haemorrhage.
The centre is first among private institutions of NCR Delhi
to start Refractive Surgery. The centre has got Humphrey field
Analyser to take care of glaucoma suspects and for need of
regular follow up of diagnosed glaucoma cases. Besides medical
management of glaucoma, specialists also undertake surgical
interventions in case where it is indicated.
Extra-ocular surgeries comprise of squint, oculoplasty, dacryocystorhinostomy
(DCR) are conducted routinely. The centre is among few ones
in Delhi, where LASER – DCR is carried out.
